I hear your S.O.S. loud and clear

I've noticed lately that I've been consumed with reading only very girly, trashy news (thank you TMZ.com). While it's fun to escape my digital marketing world for a bit, I've realized that I'm seriously lacking in reading anything of substance. So, I've decided to start a blog of three daily ways to sound savvy, opinionated (but not in a bad, overly aggressive way) and stylish. From where to eat to who hit the winning homerun last night, this blog will cover what I think are the three most savvy, opinionated and stylish things to talk about with friends (whether male or female) for the day.

This is my first go at even having a blog, so please be patient and feel free to share your expertise. You may agree or disagree with what I suggest, so please share with me what you think should be trendy for the day and I'll post/tweet those as well!

So, with that let's kick this off. Here are the three Dallas-centric smart, stylish and savvy things to know to be in the know! If you don't feel like visiting this blog everyday, feel free to sign up for my twitter feed: www.twitter.com/sekrnavek (yes, I'm working on a new handle at the moment).

  1. Savvy Dallas Monday: Sure you know what the federal reserve is…doesn’t everyone? Read up on why our nation is all up in arms over the economy. http://tinyurl.com/ns74d2
  2. Opinionated Dallas Monday: Yes, NFL games have started. Impress the boys with more than your looks and tell them who your top team is for the year. http://tinyurl.com/n5p233
  3. Stylish Dallas Monday: Eating divine food and helping a cause, why wouldn’t you? http://tinyurl.com/
